Playable Menu: Piglet can be moved around three hub areas to start a new game or load a saved game, approach the telescope to enter his friends' dreams, change game options, or peek at extras such as specific cutscenes and clips from Piglet's Big Movie. He explains that the nightmares can teach him how to be brave, so Piglet leaves to find out how to do so while his friends begin to fall asleep. Piglet discovers several dream portals, allowing him to enter their dreams and help them find their possessions. Every dream from the console version of the game is present in this game except Owl's and Tigger's. After helping everyone, a flood covers the woods, forcing Piglet to face his fears rescue his friends while dealing with many Heffalumps and Woozles, and eventually the Granosorus. Once everyone is rescued and the Granosorus is scared away, Christopher Robin arrives and after finding out that Piglet has faced his fears, he gives everyone a picnic to celebrate Piglet's bravery. Four-Seasons Level: Tigger's dream is made up of four different regions representing the four seasons; summer is a vast wood where the trees all have Tigger stripes, fall is a carnival, winter is a snowy mountain with an ice cave, and spring is a normal generic forest.Final Boss: The Granosaurus which Piglet must scare off to save his friends...though it's just a bunch of leaves being blown about by the wind. Piglet is a very small and somewhat scatterbrained animal - he has an idea that something special is going on today, but he's forgotten what. He stops in to visit Rabbit in the Hundred Acre Wood, and discovers that Rabbit is making a Very Large Soup, and needs Piglet's help to gather the ingredients. Marathon Level: Tigger's dream, the last dream before the final level, is the longest level in the entire game, taking at least an hour and a half to complete. Color Wash: Some brave faces will bathe Piglet in a colored glow as he scares the beast. He is bathed in green light when he tugs his lips wide open and says "Ueeehhhh!", and he gets a red lighting when he pretends to be some sort of monster complete with a charging position and angry face. Piglet goes around collecting ingredients for a soup, to share with his friends Tigger, Rabbit, Pooh, Eeyore and Owl.

This version primarily features Piglet going into his friends' dreams and scaring "Heffalumps" & "Woozles" to help his friends collect valuable items. Piglet's Big Game is based on characters originally created by the author A.A. Milne in 1926 for his book Winnie-The-Pooh, illustrated by Ernest Shepard; it was eventually licensed to Disney and made into several films. Some characters also appear in the Square Enix game Kingdom Hearts. This particular game is very loosely connected to the movie "Piglet's Big Movie", released in the same year. Disney's Piglet's Big Game is a 2003 action-adventure game developed by French developer Doki Denki Studio and Hulabee Entertainment, and published by Gotham Games, Disney Interactive Studios, and THQ.
