It doesn't go hard after laughs, the pace is deliberate rather than desperate, the sit is given just as much importance as the com.Insisting that they would remain 'just good friends' a classic love-hate, on-off relationship is (again) established. In 'Happy Birthday Penny', Penny decides to tell her parents that she's moving in with Vince as they celebrate her birthday. When Vince got cold feet and left Penny standing at the altar Penny got on with her life and tried to forget Vince once and for all.
