I was unprepared for her to break it down with exercises and anecdotes of the reasons why these exercises were important. While some of them seemed pretty basic there were others that truly hit home. I think this resonated with me because I just turned 50 a month ago and my body is no longer as young as my mind wants it to be. It gave me something to think about. All of our drivers carry trolleys, straps and blankets but you can add any additional requirements in the brief description box during the quote process. I admire her good intentions, and the book has lots of interesting nuggets of wisdom, but, taken as a whole, it’s a bit of a muddle. There are written instructions (no diagrams) for exercises and stretches in each chapter, which aren’t that easy to follow and I can’t see how this would stir your average couch potato to action. The rest of the book is Tharp’s philosophical take on life and I enjoyed reading it but I think a lot of seventy-eight year olds could have written a book like this because seventy-eight years is a lot of life experience for anybody. What sets Tharp apart, of course, is that she actually wrote it, and dibs for that.

In addition, if a service provider feels that a customer has been in any way rude or abusive to him, he is not compelled to carry that passenger in his van. In no way does travelling in the van constitute a private hire and the cab of the van does not constitute a public area. Therefore please be aware that no smoking rules do not apply. Your driver may ask you to sign a disclaimer if he feels your items are either not protected adequately or could be damaged in the move for other reasons which are beyond his control. Any complaint under investigation will be considered void if the customer fails to respond to correspondence from us for a period in excess of 28 days.

Shakespeare knew when it was time to shut up and dance.” Please be aware that if there is a lift that can be used to transport your goods, the driver's stair charge does not apply. The customer also agrees that should a complaint or claim be made that they allow good time for the company or service provider to answer the complaint or claim. We are unable to process a damage complaint for any communal area in a property. This is due to the communal nature of usage and the difficulty in assigning responsibility for damage.

After an awful experience with another crew from "Compare Man and Van ", I used Andre and Dean direct and they exceeded all expectations. Extremely professional ; they were polite, swift in providing a quote which for the level of quality you get is very affordable and competitive, they were punctual offering updates to keep in the loop and the move itself was hassle and stress free. They worked fast and with great care of the more fragile and heavier items. You can tell they take great pride in what they do. Andre went up and beyond to help. We had trouble getting my cats into their carriers and even though it's not part of his job description, he was so kind enough to offer a solution and thanks to him we successfully got our reluctant cat in. It was lovely to have a team who work with such empathy and honourable work ethic as opposed to many who go through the motions with attitude. Highly recommended for anyone moving or needing to transport furniture or belongings. Honestly 10/10 the difference between Michelin Star and McDonald's service wise. Thankyou again.
