For immediate waterproofing, this Roofix 20/10 Waterproofing Roof Repair Compound from FLAG Paints is an all-weather product. You can use it for fixing specific roof areas that leak, as well as a pre-emptive measure for a fully waterproof roof. No primer required in most situations. Fungi, algae, mould and lichens should be removed before application with Asipo Algicidal Treatment (see Asipo Algicidal Treatment). Made in the UK by FLAG Paints Ltd, this Roofix 20/10 roof repair compound has been created to deliver instant waterproofing for leaking roofs. It is an all-weather product that is ideal for repairing specific areas that are susceptible to leaking. Assuming the felt roof is more than 8 months old, it is clean, dry, sound and prepared as detailed in the technical data sheet this would be suitable for application to flat roofs subject to pooling water.Adheres well to most roofing materials, including Fibreglass, Felt etc (not recommended for rubber EPDM roofs or Polycarbonate). Designed for flat or gentle slopes only, it can be applied to steeper slopes but will need to be applied in multiple thin coats to avoid slumping.
