Let them create!! Give students ample time to draw and design and build out their drawing. The intention is an open-ended project that is complete when students are happy with their results. You might have some students that want to create multiple drawings. If you printed a pre-made template, you’ll have fun design varieties to share with your students. Write a variety of animals or items on small pieces of paper folded up. Have students draw a few pieces of paper and try to incorporate a drawing of that item into their picture. This can be used as a drawing prompt, or as a fun exercise in innovation and problem-solving as they find shapes and spaces to add the new item into their design. Be sure to add in some fun presentations, either student-led or by displaying the art in your classroom for everyone to enjoy.

this piece is called MORNING COMMUTE, NYFC 2021. in it, i am depicted wearing my mask properly (nose and mouth BOTH covered, tyvm) whilst everyone around me ignores the MTA's rules and basic city-living courtesy; puppy-piling in and unleashing covid-spores all over the place. it's maybe not quite this bad, but this is how it feels. don't worry—i just renewed my artistic license so i'm not gonna get fined over stretching the truth for dramatic effect. i had to bake a million things last night and i didn't have time to post, so here's a belated rainbow salad. it would probably taste horrible, ingredient-wise, but rainbow-lovers can't be choosers.WELCOME TO SEPTEMBER PROJECT!! it was hard for me to find my joy in this project, so i let it kinda crumble, but i hate failing, so i am going to finish it and IT WILL BE MAGNIFICENT!

Keep collections to yourself or inspire other shoppers! Keep in mind that anyone can view public collections - they may also appear in recommendations and other places. What this mountain needs is a river running through it. And that river is rather lonely, so why not add some shrubs and trees?
