Secret #7: What is a manager, what should your managers be doing all day, and how to get them to do it. The book was mediocre in my opinion, they were a lot of repeated points which most of these 'self improvement ' books tend to use often . It wasn't a complete waste ,but it wasn't the best yk? If you wanna read I say go for it , they were still good points there and stuff i learned . Aber das alles ist noch nicht mal mein größtes Problem mit dem Buch. She soon realised that she wasn't just predicting the future, she was manifesting it. I read this slowly over the course of a few months as I tend to with most non-fiction books and I think maybe this is where I let myself down - if I’d read it consistently perhaps I would have got more out of it. Secret #15: The 3 reasons any team members does not do exactly what they are supposed to do, when they are supposed to do, how they are supposed to do it, and how to change their behavior so they do it.
