It was a nice perfume, the safe for work kind. But it was too… office-y for me, with no happy or cheerful notes, so I gave it away. This smell is very familiar. It reminds me of walking through the perfume section of a 2000's era department store / any of the paper samples provided in women's magazines. If you liked Miss Dior Blooming Bouquet I think you'll love this scent. It's floral, clean, boarding on even sporty. I believe Burberry Touch could be a staple in any man's collection. It's versatility, smoothness, and wearability, makes it an easy reach on any day and for any occasion. A true swiss army knife, workhorse of a fragrance. A unique scent profile that I feel will continue to stand the test of time. Relevant yesterday, relevant today, and will surely be relevant tomorrow.I like this? Feels very elegant and old money, a little old-fashioned in a good way. I like it better than Brit (I don't care for Brit's sharp lime opening at all) and much, much better than Burberry Her. I get a lot of pepper and tomato vine on opening and then a sort of non-descript woodsy dry-down, not at all a criticism. OCCASIONS: Formal events, outdoor gatherings, gym, sports, office, business, casual, vacations. This is an office-friendly fragrance. The projection is moderate but respectable. In my experience, those standing up to an arm’s length away will get gentle wafts of your aroma. These lighter fragrance types work best in milder months, like spring and fall. Verdict: Burberry Touch is quite the fragrance! I think it’s one of those that, if you are relatively new to collecting, does a great job of challenging your definition of a men’s fragrance. For that I can only say that I do not consider this to be safe blind buy. To tell you the truth, I have a love- hate relationship with Burberry Touch. I mean it’s very floral! Some days I wear this and I feel like a grandma. Other times I feel differently- like I’m wearing something for a cultured European. I mentioned Prada and Dior earlier. I don’t think you have to like those to like this. Those scents lean more clean (soapy) whereas this one leans more green. I’d recommend wearing this in cooler weather and rainy days. I love the bottle, like the dry down and have to be in the mood for the opening.

On my skin, the peppery note died away after ten Minn or so.

In all honesty, I find it unique, and I guess maybe some people would appreciate this fragrance, But for me it makes me sneeze as long as I wear it!!

I don't know why, but the main note I can think of is peach, even though there are so many other notes that I can detect...Also,, my nose seem to relate it a lot to Chanel Allure... These are different, but it's been awhile since I had my nose on Truth, although I can see why they've been compared. There are similarities in the overall vibe of spicy, fruity, green floral. Truth has a more forward citrus quality and could more easily be worn year round, while Burberry Touch has the more forward red pepper and comes across as greener, making it lean more to Truth for Men. Roughly equivalent performance, or slightly better for Truth. You can wear this fragrance just about anywhere. It’s perfect for family get-togethers, office parties, indoor or outdoor, dates or just hanging with friends. I found it a more relaxed, casual fragrance so it tends to lean toward an easygoing, carefree environment. Quite possibly, the perfect Netflix & chill cologne! Where Can You Buy It? It can be used for different occasions, times and seasons of the year, but I prefer in the morning in the spring and autumn.Suitable with casual wear, not for teenagers. I bought a vintage bottle of this fragrance and wow, this is strong! The initial spray is almost like a cross between the soft sweet red pepper you get in a can of sweetcorn and a properly hot red chilli, sliced and smelt freshly cut. It's slightly sweet, but hot too. There's something bitter and green, maybe the oakmoss but here it's not soapy, just dry. There's then indistinct woodiness and florals for me. I would not have pinned the woods on cedar. The florals are watery and a light, there's also some powdery fruitiness but in my vintage fragrance it's indistinct, it could be peach. As it dries, the pepper calms down massively and it gets softer and more gently woody and lightly floral.An hour after application,all the notes are so mixed in each other that I couldn't say what's in it if I didn't observe it carefully from the first minute.in this stage,it's light and much easier to like.it's almost creamy but still has some edges Tried at a local Sephora. This is definitely the kind of thing you would wear to the office or a meeting. Powdery clean but still fresh due to the musk and orange. This fragrance is very "juicy", meaning that it is dense on my skin with the musk and powder, but in the air its very light. Lasts enough for me, since I get about 6 hours before it becomes unnoticeable. Oh my sweet violet-baby powder heavenly scent...if only you lasted longer and could stay with me 8-10 hours. Here's the thing, evey perfume has story to tell and it completely depends upon individuals on how they listen to it, some fall in love instantly, for some it may grow on them and some might just hate it. The petrichor smell is I think the violet leaf, which I don't have a reference point on. Apparently violet leaf smells earthy and ozonic so I believe that's exactly the case.
