I saw this tiny thing on a musician-centric discord. A few people seemed happy with theirs, so I was curious. I accordingly did a search and good ol' Thomann had one of the keenest prices. They're a reputable supplier, so that sealed the deal. In the box with the review unit were two rechargeable Ni‑MAAA batteries, a multilingual Basic Manual and a micro USB to USB‑A 2.0 adaptor. The LS‑P4 used only one battery, and the idea here is to allow longer running time when using Bluetooth (and longer still when not). The batteries are rechargeable and came fully charged — the device itself acts as a USB‑powered battery charger, which is a nice touch — and I like that spare batteries are cheap and readily available. OM System kindly sent their WJ2 wind jammer and a foam carry/storage pouch to help with testing, though these are not included in the price. There’s support for up to 2TB micro‑SD XC Type 1 cards, and while no card is supplied, there is 16GB of storage built in so you have everything you need to get up and running.
