Our FUGA-PAVE Flex CH grout is part of our FUGA-PAVE ABC system, formulated for landscaping professionals and ideal for use when installing porcelain, natural stone, cementitious flags, cobbles, or in fact any external installation. FUGA-PAVE ABC is very simple to use. Just mix Part A (hybrid mortar cement) with suitable clean grit sand and water. Part B (slurry primer) and Part C (hybrid grout) are each mixed with clean water. No other additives are required. This complete system offers various cost and installation benefits, beating the traditional system. Mapei Ultracolor Plus forms a smooth, compact finished surface with optimum resistance to abrasion, compression and flexural strength, and good resistance to acids with a pH > 3. Floors are ready for light foot traffic after approx. 3 hours. Surfaces grouted with Mapei Ultracolor Plus may be put into service after 24 hours. Basins and swimming pools may be filled up 48 hours after grouting. Do not use Mapei Keracolor SF to grout tile joints wider than 4 mm (use Mapei Keracolor FF or Keracolor GG).

Damp curing of Mapei Keracolor SF Tile Grout improves its final characteristics in all cases. Final cleaning of the powdery film of Mapei Keracolor SF from the surface may be carried out with a clean, dry cloth. After the final cleaning operation, if the surface still has traces of Mapei Keracolor SF, it may be cleaned down with an acidic cleaner (e.g. Keranet), by following the relevant instructions, at least 10 days after grouting the joints. Only use Keranet on surfaces which are resistant to acid, and never use it on marble or limestone material. By mixing Mapei Keracolor SF with Mapei Fugolastic, a special synthetic resin-based polymeric admixture, its final characteristics are further improved and it reaches a level of strength which makes it suitable for even the most severe service conditions (grouting façades, high demand leisure pools, power showers and even floors subject to intense traffic). Mapei Keracolor SF together with Fugolastic admix may also be used for grouting joints in marble to be polished after laying. If grouting is carried out in extremely hot, dry or windy weather, we recommend damping the joints filled with Mapei Keracolor SF after a few hours. Finishing: When the mix loses its plasticity and becomes opaque, which usually takes place after 15-30 minutes, clean off the excess Ultracolor Plus with a hard, damp sponge (e.g. a MAPEI sponge), working in a diagonal direction to the joints. Rinse the sponge frequently, using two different containers of water: one to remove the excess mix from the sponge, and the other, containing clean water, to rinse the sponge. Though it perhaps doesn't sound like the most creative of decorating decisions, grout can be used to striking visual effect, and the colour you choose has a real impact on the impression a wall of tiles makes.
