About this deal

Inspired by the beaches of Britain, the fragrance strives to capture the light sea air mixed with mineral sand and herbal elements. When I tried this perfume for the first time, I was reminded of a soft spring or summer morning where a light wind from the ocean was refreshing and calm. To me, it’s the perfect light, cozy fragrance that I can wear around the house or out with my friends. There are a lot of perfume dupes on the market that smell just like designer scents. We covered Suddenly diamonds from Lidl previously, which is a dead ringer for Hugo Boss Orange. The fragrance is lasting and can be detected for hours after application. This makes it a great choice for perfume lovers on a budget. Moreover, Dossier’s ‘Woody Sage’ fragrance comes in an elegant glass bottle. This enhances the overall aesthetic of the product and makes it look expensive and luxurious. Alt Driftwood This time we’re going to focus on Jenny Glow, a Jo Malone inspired scent retailing at €14.99 and over €90 cheaper than the branded equivalent. So does the perfume dupe pass the test and how does it compare to Jo Malone? Gourmand Sel Océan is a sea salt & wood sage fragrance that is a great Jo Malone Sea Salt & Wood Sage dupe. It has notes of sea salt, wood sage, musk, and cedar. This fragrance has been especially popular with women who love woodsy scents. Its unique blend of notes makes it perfect for any season. Gourmand Sel Océan is an easy-to-use fragrance that can be used in many different ways and applications. It can be used as a gentle perfume for body or hair, or as a room scent for the home. The longevity of this fragrance is also impressive and it can last throughout the day.

If you are like me and yearn for that fresh, breezy feeling in a fragrance, but don’t want to shell out the cash on its price tag, no worries. My love affair (and yours) with Wood Sage & Sea Salt of Jo Malone can continue despite life’s budget cuts with these perfectly refreshing clones. What We’re looking for in Wood Sage & Sea Salt To be direct, Pomegranate is young and seductive- it’s fun, flirty, and becomes the perfect scent to tie to memories of summer nights. 2. Velvet & Oud Jo Malone’s Wood Sage & Sea Salt Cologne is a fragrance based on windswept walks along the beach, with a scent of sea salt, mineral cliffs, and woody earthiness of sage. It is composed of notes of ambrette seed, sea salt, sage, red algae, and grapefruit in a fresh & clean fragrance. The wood sage & sea salt from the brand Jenny Glow has been reviewed by customers and has been compared favorably to the Jo Malone wood sage & sea salt. The product by Jenny Glow is a fraction of the price, but is said to have excellent quality. It has been described as fresh, clean, and perfect for summer. Customers have claimed that it has a similar scent and longevity to that of the original. They also said that it wouldn’t leave an unwanted aftertaste in their mouth. In addition, many videos featuring the dupe have gained thousands of views on social media. Overall, people seem to be satisfied with this wood sage & sea salt from Jenny Glow. Dossier Woody Sage

I’ve found with the Jo Malone version in the past, the scent fades and needs to be sprayed again. This can work out as expensive as a bottle from Brown Thomas costs €112 per 100 ml. This fragrance has a gentle feel, and its versatility allows it to be worn both during the day and in the night. 3. Green Cucumber The top notes give the fragrance its feminine touch, starting with the sweet and fresh notes of a classic ingredient- strawberries, mixed with the aquatic notes of melon, and a dash of pink pepper for that exotic touch.

Probably the biggest plus in my opinion is the longevity, which is longer than the original but still light enough not to feel like the fragrance was concentrated. Also, the bottle looks identical at a glance to Jo Malone’s, which I think is a fun touch, especially if you are into having a display shelf. The fragrance opens with sea salt and a splash of grapefruit that adds just a touch of citrus and fruit to the overall marine structure. It then dries down into an earthiness of ambrette seed, red algae and amber wood which to my nose brings the perfect mix of sweetness and aromatics. Sage mingles at the base of the fragrance, which ties the whole experience together with its earthiness. One of my new go-to fragrances. I really like how close it is to Jo Malone Wood Sea & Salt Cologne. The branding is simple and clean and lets the fragrance speak for itself. Jo Malone Sea Salt & Wood Sage fragrance has a woody fragrance that is clean and refreshing. Its complex fragrance makes it a favorite for sea salt perfume lovers. This sea salt perfume is best suited for daytime wear and is long-lasting. Many fragrance enthusiasts love this perfume for its woody notes and sea salt fragrance. Jenny Glow is a clone house specifically inspired by Jo Malone, so it’s not surprising that their version of the most popular fragrance would be a hit. A fraction of the price, Jenny Glow hits all the same notes as the original with only slight differences.

To my nose I get small hints of fresh linen throughout the fragrance which overall keeps the structure of airiness, but does take away from the earthiness of the sage and red algae. But, the structure from Jo Malone is still perfectly intact, and with greater longevity, I think it is still worth the try. This dupe line seems to be a bit of a mystery. Still, I was pretty intrigued by this Wood Sage & Sea Salt-inspired fragrance. However, if you’re a hardcore fan of Jo Malone and just don’t want to trade. I’d suggest trying out a smaller bottle of Jenny Glow and keeping it for when you’re between bottles.

The fragrance gets warmer towards the middle notes, and includes dark, green components that add depth to it. From the dry wormwood to the herbal essences of patchouli and the powerful spice of the clove- the middle grabs the essence of the earth. The House of Jenny Glow was founded and raised in Ireland under the care of two sisters, Jane and Katie O’Connor. Being surrounded by the beautiful green landscapes of Western Ireland, the sisters were inspired to create a line of perfume that would capture the essence of their surroundings in a bottle- from Wood sage and sea salt inspired by the coast to Orange Blossom, with the aura of spring. The middle note consists of nothing but geranium- allowing its green and herby component to take over the tier, made mild only by its own powdery nature. Keeping the lightness from Jo Malone but lasting just a bit longer, Scentual Obsessions opens with sea salt and grapefruit, but the dry down’s woody sage essence feels somehow lighter than Jo Malones. Such an intoxicating smell. Clean, edgy, a bit of musk and non offensive that anyone can wear, it reminds me of a really wild, windswept cliff edge overlooking a wild ocean. It's also suitable to wear any time of the year, any time of the day. It smells delicious.
