About this deal

If you haven’t heard of them, X-Shot is a brand of Nerf-style foam dart guns that is owned by the Zuru toy company.

Unfortunately, the price tag is high on this one and it is not for everyone. While it is a lot of fun to tote and shoot, The Titan CS-50 won’t amaze with its performance. Besides the high number of combinations in which this gun can be assembled, it also has a unique ammo clip system. While the outer barrels rotate, all the darts fire out of the large center one. When firing, it whips darts up to and over 80 feet per second, which is a bit harder than the standard Nerf gun. One main concern is the weight and bulkiness, but they really aren’t that bad. A dart-blasting minigun is a great way for youngsters to feel the power without actually doing too much damage. When you think of a Nerf Minigun, or gatling gun, you think of the baddest, most fear-producing dart blasters that reign supreme in a Nerf battle. Not only are they large, but they hold a lot of ammo, and have intimidating features.

They're based in convenient locations including supermarkets, newsagents and train stations. Plus they're often open late and on Sundays. On top of the blaster is a sight that looks cool but doesn’t magnify or really help with the aim. Other notable features include an unjamming access door and trigger safety. Available in white and red color themes, the Excel Crusher is the biggest of the X-Shot dart blasters released to date. It is one of the most affordable big dart blasters, partly because of its simple spring-powered design that requires no batteries. I like this one a lot because it is very similar in design to the FlipFury, which is one of my favorite Zombie Strike Nerf blasters.

Skins

Your opponents will do everything in their power to get their hands on the Crusher. This includes up to (but not limited to) tripping you while you're running to get it and then enlisting the help of all their siblings to hold you down while they steal it from you (speaking from experience here.) Having higher ammo capacity is also very fun, letting you enjoy firing the blaster a bit longer and avoid having to reload every few shots. With the exception of the Titan CS-50, these all are budget-friendly as well. If you are looking for an enjoyable blaster that can be used in a lot of different ways, the Regenerator is highly recommended. You will get more requests for foam dart fights than you can handle. They usually start rolling in about 30 minutes after you go to bed and just start to get into that good REM sleep with a whisper around the 92 decibel range requesting your presence on the battlefield. They end around...well...they never end really.

Other features include a left access door to clear jams, and a tactical rail on top for N-strike attachments. Who Should Buy The Titan Nerf Minigun The minigun dart blasters on this list are the best of those that fit this criteria, to bring you the feel of a true mini gun in dart-flinging form. The Best Nerf Minigun While some may prefer a fully auto blaster, the Crusher can still unleash about 4 darts per second with slam fire. Each shot causes the barrels to rotate and holding the trigger while pumping the top handle makes it fire continuously.

Don't shoot at point blank range – foam darts are soft, but if you get hit by them at very close range they might sting a little. The darts won't have any chance to slow down in the air, so at that range they'll be hitting you as hard as they can. If you are not familiar with the XShot name, they are a solid Nerf alternative brand that has been making some solid dart blasters. Nerf has a much wider selection of blasters compared to X-Shot as they also have been around for much longer. However, X-Shot has some comparable blasters that perform better, and are significantly lower priced. The XShot Crusher is available in the white color seen above, or in red. Who Should Buy The XShot Crusher The Adventure Force V-Twin is a flywheel-powered automatic minigun blaster that spits darts with ease.

When looking for a dart blaster with good ammo capacity for a fair price, this one is hard to beat. The blaster rotates 360 degrees on the included tripod, and can also be fired full-auto without the crank. While I’m unsure exactly how hard this one shoots, it is advertised for kids ages 6+ and includes safety glasses. It will be exciting to see the route they go when it comes down to designing new blasters for the future. Items that are not available in store will take 3-5 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) to be delivered to your nominated store. While there is a lower selection of X-Shot brand Nerf guns, they: have more reasonable prices, don’t look or feel way cheaper, and can perform better than comparable Nerf blasters.
