About this deal

They are great to use if you are new to cooking from scratch or if you are looking to get your family eating new budget-friendly meals and have no clue where to start. Understand yourself as a slimmer and what will work best for you, there is no right or wrong answer. On Friday of last week I managed to be able to run a total distance of 4.4km. This is the furthest I have done in over 18 months. I plan to run everyday and get this distance up to 5km which used to be my regular distance. I was of course 30lbs lighter then so it will be interesting to see how I get on.

Confusion may be because this guidance is not in the Food Optimising book – perhaps because EESP was never intended to be used long term? This is something I’ve written in my book. You can try it for a week if you only need it for EE days or add one more HE “a” choice or one regular-size pot of any Free yoghurt you want. How do I get a synned yogurt on SP if the syns dont take into account the free food which isnt actually free on SP? I don’t agree with the theory that people should only use it as a weight loss aid if they must constantly follow a weight loss plan.

The first weigh in of the New Year is always a worry for me. It’s one that sets up the mindset for the forthcoming weeks so I knew that I had to give it my all and have a good week on plan. I had my new SW books at group over Christmas so was able to have a good look at the changes and get to grips with the new Extra Easy SP plan. So here I am at the end of week 4 and my Slimming World Extra Easy SP week. I have put my mind into weight loss and I step on the scales and find out that I have lost just over 2 kilos. Baking the skewers in the oven keeps the meat super tender and juicy, and you can select your side dishes based on your own personal favourites. Some options include salad, corn on the cob, chips, and spicy rice.

For lunch we have lasagne soup – fully loaded with vegetables and mince, homemade tomato sauce and a little cheese and lasagne. Perfect food and its not that high the carbs so you don’t feel like you’re in a carb coma afterwards! Then for lunch it is carrot risotto along with some meatballs. Along with some stuffed peppers that we made in the Instant Pot. They are Big Macs in the pepper and taste so good, it is better than the real thing.

There are a few ways to do Slimming World without joining, the first being to follow the Slimming World food optimising plan. This means eating foods that are low in calories and saturated fat, and filling up on Free Foods, which are foods that are naturally low in calories. You can also make your own versions of Slimming World meals by following recipes online or in cookbooks. Finally, you can attend Slimming World groups as a guest, which will give you access to all the resources and support that Slimming World offers, without having to pay for a membership. The Slimming World books are available for online Slimming World members as well as those in groups.Some areas have referral programmes through the NHS to pay for membership to Slimming World, so it is always worth asking your doctor if this is the case. Weigh yourself once a week ONLY or else the results will not be accurate and you will drive yourself crazy!
