The primary difference between the two is that the Innokin Endura M18 has a smaller atomizer coil and is designed primarily for mouth-to-lung vaping. The Innokin Sceptre, meanwhile, has a dial that allows for more precise airflow adjustments. The Sceptre also has a mesh coil available for greater vapour production, while the Endura M18 doesn’t have that option.
