The series revolves around the fictional serial killer John "Jigsaw" Kramer and his apprentices. Kramer was introduced briefly in Saw and developed in more detail in the subsequent films. A stepper motor hidden under the front fender moves the trike by rotating the front wheel. It does this using a small 3D printed wheel that’s attached to the motor’s shaft and that presses against the trike’s wheel. Steering is done using a 3D printed gear mounted above the fender and attached to the steering column. That gear is turned by a servo motor through another gear. And another servo motor in the puppet’s head moves its mouth up and down. On the underside of the front fender is a single screw holding it on. Not the strongest mounting point, but probably good enough for my application. In the Halloween episode of The Cleveland Show, Rallo dresses up as Billy and introduces the episode. In the 2007 film Dead Silence, one of the puppets, who appears on the film's poster and wears the same outfit as Jigsaw's puppet, is named Billy.
