With many schools still closed due to the pandemic, Pony Malta, one of the leading beverages among teens in Colombia, found a way to make education more accessible. Along with their creative agency, MullenLowe SSP3, Pony Malta has created Pony Vital School Center, to bring education to the one place that is still open: malls. The school has been set up in the Paseo Villa del Rio Shopping Center, with students aged 6-12 able to attend four classes a day for reading and writing, English, spelling and scientific thinking. In addition to representing female gamers across the world, the team will help to create the biggest female gaming community in Colombia. Pony Malta is encouraging people to follow the team across the Twitch, YouTube and Facebook channels, connect with their live broadcasts to show their talent and participate in the special tournament.

Usernames Against Bullying’ is the second campaign from Pony Malta and MullenLowe SSP3 to raise awareness of bullying. Earlier this year, they launched ‘PrideLists’, a movement to celebrate diversity through music and help combat bullying amongst LGBTQIA+ students in Colombia. Pony Malta’s intention is to affect change, by creating a platform to share tools, research and ideas for players to change their behaviour, hoping to turn them into ‘ambassadors of good’ inside the games Additionally, these prominent gamers ran surprise interventions on platforms such as Twitch, Facebook Gaming and YouTube, in games such as Minecraft, Clash Royale, Call Of Duty, Apex Legends, Free Fire, Fortnite and League Of Legends, to encourage more gamers to join the movement. Messages were also shared on TV, digital and with content using the hashtag #UsernamesAgainstBullying (#UsernamesContraElBullying in Spanish). While women make up 49.7% of gamers in Latin America, just 3% of gamers at a professional level are female. Pony Malta wants to change this reality, so have launched ‘She Gaming’, an e-Sports team made up of female gamers to help women compete at a national level. More than 3,000 employees took to the streets, bringing tips and smart consumer messages to consumers and shopkeepers who delivered them, thus raising awareness among more than 140,000 people.To bring #GirlsSpeak to life, 50 speeches from Latin American girls have been selected to be mimed by actresses, artists, singers, politicians and other female leaders on social media and, thanks to their influence, spread the girls’ messages around the world.
