The first four books in the series area are available from, Tuesday, 25 April, and the rest will be released throughout the year.

Played by John Barrowman, the character was an instant hit and lost his life when blasted by a Dalek in the Series One finale. This particular series will not only feature our favorite doctors, but also villains and companions we are all familiar with. Classic creatures the Silurians were here long before the human race and didn’t look too kindly upon our kind. Over the years, the Cybermen battled the Time Lord time and again – and almost every time with a shiny new upgrade.

Doctor Who meets The World of Hargreaves brings to life Doctor Who characters in the distinctive story-telling and illustrative style of Roger Hargreaves. The Cybermen, who just recently appeared on television with the Twelfth Doctor and Missy in the epic Series 10 finale, World Enough And Time / The Doctor Falls, first appeared over fifty years ago! I doubt they will want to stop at 12 and I see no reason why they wouldn’t want to include the latest Doctor at some point. As this story was written before the Thirteenth Doctor’s first series hit our screens, it sadly isn’t able to make reference to this Doctor’s adventures in the same way as the previous Doctor Who /Mr Men books have. In Dr Twelfth (that’ll be Capaldi), the running joke as the Doctor chases Missy across time on an epic jewel robbery is her exasperation at his lack of interest in being walked through every detail of her “dastardly crime” – the Master/Missy character has always loved showing off the latest elaborate plan to enslave the universe. Its just I would like to upload a picture on my doctor who social media account, and it says not to copy. I’ve never watched the original series, but I did see William Hartnell in the tenth anniversary episodes with Patrick Troughton and Jon Pertwee.I had to explain the what a jelly baby was and tell her the bird must have been hungry so it took it. This Dr Who range has the same purpose as the very first Mr Men titles: to explain complex human emotions and morals to very young children through colourful avatars and adorable whimsy.

Then seven years old, the curious young boy asked the kind of question young boys often ask: “Daddy, what does a tickle look like? With that being said I don’t know if the First Doctor is always grumpy, but overall it is an adorable book which demonstrates who much he loves his grandaughter, even if he doesn’t show it. Spring 2017 will see four books in a new range which sees the Doctor’s regenerations imagined in the style of Roger Hargreaves, creator of the Mr.
