Karen also combined Ravensburger’s Krypt gradient puzzle pieces with other playful elements in this engaging composition. We collaborated with Karen and digital 3D artist-extraordinaire Wes Cockx to create a meta puzzle with a series of mini puzzles (the large falling puzzle pieces) within the larger field. For the background of all of my branding, I used the photos that I took of the Gradient Puzzle by Cloudberries. I have so many ideas for jigsaw puzzle videos that I wanted to put them all together in one place, and starting a new channel seemed like the best way to do that.
Karen's expertise is on full display, with helpful color contrasts and lines always providing different clues as to where pieces go.She just announced a collaboration with Ravensburger for a 3000 piece puzzle here and I'm so excited for it! A new channel also gave me the chance to start fresh with my thumbnails and experiment with different fonts and designs that might look out of place on my main channel. Our 1000 piece jigsaws are crafted with premium quality materials and measure 70 x 50cm when complete.
Initially, I felt disappointed with the number of pieces that were bent and those where the print had lifted off the backing, and felt (still do) that Ravensburger did Karen a disservice by putting out poorer quality than usual. Products shown, tagged or featured on YouTube by creators are sold by merchants and are subject to merchant's terms and conditions. Eventually I decided that I should just continue my branding from my DIY channel instead of trying to come up with something totally new, so Karen Kavett Puzzles (or karenpuzzles for short) was the way to go.
She is so sweet and has so much insight and helpful information for anyone who loves jigsaw puzzles.The biggest puzzle I'd done till now was a 1000 piece, so this 3000 was quite a challenge and took me just over a week.
