About this deal
My son would watched this DVD About 10 times within 4 weeks and then get bored and was asking for new episodes.
The re-release has a 5 second slide advertising videos 1, 2, 3, 5 and 6 plus The Very Best of Fireman Sam. Choppy Waters: There are seaside shenanigans a plenty in Pontypandy as Norman and Penny take sailing lessons, a fire breaks out on Charlie's fishing boat and a whale becomes stranded on the beach. It's time to play with all your child's favourite characters in this awesome collection of fun-packed stories!
The New Adventures of Fireman Sam: Disaster For Dinner and a 'William's Wish Wellingtons' video are advertised at the beginning of the tape. The DVD includes an episode all about Sam’s birthday, along with three other episodes – Pontypandy in the Park, Paddle on the great party panic and Pizza Pandemonium. Towering Inferno: Norman is playing “Hide and Seek” but when he hides in the fire station tower he doesn’t realise that a training exercise is taking place. As was the Wee Man, who was far more fascinated by the facts being given out by the boat crew than Bubby D and incredibly excited that his new blue coat has reflecty strips just like Fireman Sam has too.
He was waiting to greet us at a Tower Bridge, to show off his latest collection of adventures: Fireman Sam Ocean Rescue. On the original release, the Bumper Films copyright was edited out of every episode, but on the 1993 re-release, the copyright appeared at the end of Bentley the Robot. Fireman Sam Ocean Rescue has 6 episodes, and like all previous episodes I’ve seen they start with a dilemma and end up with Fireman Sam saving the day – just as I remember from my own childhood viewing. There are seaside shenanigans a plenty in Pontypandy as Norman and Penny take sailing lessons a fire breaks out on Charlie's fishing boat and a whale becomes stranded on the beach. At the start of the tape, there is a promo slide advertising The Very Best of Fireman Sam, The New Adventures of Fireman Sam and The New Adventures of Fireman Sam: Disaster For Dinner videos.
Fortunately for the troublesome twosome, Fireman Sam™ is on hand, with help from Radar, to sniff out the twins and guide them back to safety.
