The recording quality varies noticeably from track to track, and there are a few awkward fade-outs–presumably to remove audience noise–but still the sparkling music comes across quite vividly. Barbara Cassidy tells me that the beautiful picture of Eva on the cover of the album was taken by Eva’s cousin Walter Wunderlich, the son of Barbara’s sister Dorothea.
