A refreshing and sparkling bubbly, it's created using the Charmat method, where a second fermentation lasting 60 days takes place.Carbonation using the Charmat method takes place in an autoclave over 30 days with the wine remaining in contact with the yeast for several weeks. In the ancient venetian language the word "fiol" means "son" and also "young boy", [3] and it is commonly used to address the "cool guy".
