The East Coast Curve Highchair is a versatile and long-lasting highchair, converting to a junior chair as your child grows.

The East Coast dining collection offers highchairs with removable trays, so baby can join in at the table. Bought this as our main high chair when my son was born, the bottom section can be used as a table while the top part can be used as a chair.

For smaller or younger babies, we recommend the use of a Highchair Insert Cushion, for additional comfort and support. It’s suitable from around 6 months, and includes a safety harness to keep your little wriggler in place and safe at the table. Once my son has out grown this I see no reason not to put into storage and bring out for future children. The wooden high chair is available in white and natural with different designs for the upholstered seat in foil or PU-coated fabric. The A-frame from East Coast Nursery is ideal for toddlers who enjoy helping themselves at family mealtimes but not so great for little ones who are just starting the weaning process. If you wish, you can also leave the tray folded back, so baby can eat with you at the grown-ups' table.

However, others say that the seat is a bit too big for their son at this point, and that the straps don't fit well over the child's arms. So that smaller babies can sit perfectly in the combination high chair, we recommend the matching seat reducer as an accessory. I know that a separately sold seat pad is recommended for younger infants to help keep them from slipping in this chair, but my toddlers don't need the pads, and seem quite happy now that we've stopped using the shoulder harness. It is not the result of the safety assessment conducted by our laboratory which did not reveal any problems to cause concern.This is used in combination with your entered details and our own unique algorithm to assess affordability. It's also great that you can remove the tray, obviously for cleankng but also just so he can sit in it -i think he likes being at the same level as the grown ups! For booster and seat harnesses this is just how easy it is to set the chair or harness up to use it.
