About this deal

Jared was a character that had so much internal conflict, that the reader was left genuinely pondering what his motivations were. I get that you were close to this guy in your tween days, but after the shit he's put you through, I think it's about time you sort yourself out and get. Here we meet a young sixteen year old teen going by the name of Tate, her real name is Tatum Brandt.

The whole ordeal is just so bloody infuriating, all I wanted was some bleach to douse my- no wait, their eyes out with. Der Inhaltsangabe ist zu entnehmen, dass das Paar zunächst eng befreundet war, der Junge sich dann jedoch plötzlich dem Mädchen gegenüber wie ein Mistkerl verhält. I also don’t know why there had to be so many scenes where Tate just happened to be in her underwear or in a bikini and the entire world had to gawk at her beauty. For one, I feel it is always best to avoid stupid phrases like "queen bee of the mean girls", but it was when she referred to everyone Jared was with as being "slutty" because they were all over him that I felt like someone had really lit my fuse.Penelope creates incredible tension between their characters in this best friends to enemies to lovers romance. But then it lost me as it became clear that in all the measures surrounding this story, it glorifies falling in love with someone who torments you. I think it's fair to say that conflict drives much of what we read and the experiences that we get from that conflict in a work make us value it in a myriad of ways. Their books have been translated into twenty languages and include The Fall Away Series, The Hellbent Series, The Devil's Night Series, and the stand-alones, Misconduct , Punk 57 , Birthday Girl , Credence , and Tryst Six Venom .

Bully is a story of grief and teenage angst but one that highlights the complexities of forgiveness and redemption. It's drama for the sake of drama, with characters that I'm supposed to believe fall in love, but it didn't progress with any kind of realistic terms for me to believe in it. In this one, it was REALLY hard to sympathize with the love interest because he was a dick but you couldn't really figure out why until the end of the book. Regardless of whatever issues the hero had, it doesn't justify what he did to Tate, and I sincerely doubt after all that Jared did, Tate could forgive and lust after him as easily as she did. Aesta's Book BlogA heated and passionate novel, full of feeling and intensity that will appeal to the reader seeking an emotional rush. She wants her bestfriend back, but the man in his place is dark, bitter, and cruel and there is no going back after all he’s done. Not like violent or abusive or anything, but the things he said and did were genuinely hurtful and unkind. She breaks up parties at Jared’s house, and she starts dating, but amongst it, is Jared watching from the sidelines with a quiet promise of making Tate cry by the end of the week. This woman has been put through and endless cycle of mental and emotional abuse by the hands of her very own best friend turned bully of a neighbor. She has one respite – she’s leaving for a year and going to France, maybe things will be different when she comes back?
