A spreader beam, also referred to as a crane spreader bar, converts lifting of the load into compressive force on the beam and tensile force on the slings.

The Fixed Lifting Beam Type PEF 1t to 6t upto 5 metres span are a range of lifting beams that have fixed load-centre distance fitted with 2 lower attachment components. Available with Adjust-A-Leg® rigging for off center load adjustment (minimum lifting capacity will be approximately 10-15% of beam rating).
