Sunday Club Runs

Following the successful pilot of the club runs and training rides over the last week we are resuming near-normal service.

To participate all riders need to read the guidance and sign-up in advance, see following link for details.

This week’s destination is Benson Waterfront Cafe. We are aiming to run the following rides but we will be limited by the availability of ride leaders so please put yourself forward to lead a ride if you are comfortable to do so:

Latte: approx. 30 miles/50 km; average speed 15-16 mph/24-26 kph

Cappuccino: approx. 50 miles/80 km; average speed 16-17 mph/26-28 kph

Espresso: approx. 55 miles/90 km; average speed 18-19 mph/28-30 kph

Please sign up by FRIDAY EVENING at the latest to allow us time to assign groups. We will circulate details of the groups on Saturday.

*New members and non members* will be welcome from the 9th of August once we have settled into this new format.

Tuesday evening & Saturday morning training rides will also resume and will incorporate a wider range of groups. Details will follow after the weekend.Happy riding!
