Training Rides

DPCC run training rides throughout the year on Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings with ad-hoc rides at other times.

Tuesday evenings are usually multi-lap rides for 1.5 to 2 hours and Saturday rides can be up to 3 hours.

These rides are fast-paced and focused and are suitable for strong and experienced riders.

While the pace of the rides are adjusted to suit those who attend, it is not unusual for riders to be dropped.
