I sprayed it like 10 times and now opened the cap and let it mascerate for a week in my closet in the box. This is my first ever fragrance to get as perfume collector , and I blind bought this off of reviews , and also since I love the orginal creed aventus smell . Pure parfum is much more denser,compact and smokier than the newer creed batch that i have, it's very balanced with the fruits and smokiness while never becoming too smoky.

Yes the opening is slightly harsh but that quickly dries down into a pleasant compliment pulling frag. LE Parfum reminds me of vintage Aventus batches, As we all know performance of the current batches of Aventus is disappointing and this has caused an unusual demand of old batches even at a higher than normal pricing. EDT has some projection for about an hour and stays on my skin for about 4 to 5 hours, Pure parfum has almost non existent projection and just some more longevity.It was my most complimented perfume , I’ve ditched the Reformulated aventus which has become a joke of a perfume . Both have the lemon citrus opening but the EDP is far stronger in the opening, the parfum is more mild and balanced. I have Aventus as well as the Parfum version of CDNIM and the EDT and I've received more compliments with the CDNIM EDT than anything else I own. If you wanna experience something very close to the better of the later Aventus batches that nipped at the toes of its best older batches, this one is your shot.

To make my review a brief one, all I can say is that my wallet is forever grateful that I chose this over Aventus. To compare the differance it would be like orginal disigner bag vs 15 usd knock off bag from chineese market. For me: Pure Parfum lasted around 8-12hrs* Projection/Sillage is good but not very loud maybe it’s because of high oil concentration or i think my bottle needs more time to macerate. All i feel after smoking pure parfum is dense thick smoky , if i smell it close , i feel some lemon.Beware of going nose blind to this one to some degree, or otherwise being unable to accurately discern its strength with your own nose. Initially I hated this fragrance because I thought it was over hyped and I expected it to be somewhat sweeter. I have the CDNMI Pure Parfum it have a nice elegant scent, a bit too much citrus in the beginning, but the dry down reminds me 95% of Creed Aventus. Overall both the EDT and Parfum have very solid performance, but the Parfum definitely has better longevity from what I’ve noticed. Like I had Pure Havanne and Pure Malt and I always figured they know they have a forever demand for these, so when I run out I'll just get more.

Thank god I got Afnan's NOI, it just kills CDNI only if it was less sweet so I could use it in warmer weather. I was about to ask the guy standing in line in front of me if he was wearing anything, and he said it was the guy in front of him that was wearing it.

You can get Dior Eau Sauvage EDT 100ml or Guerlain Vetiver 100ml or, or, or a lot of fabulous other fragrances for the money. Try to combine or layer it with Qasamat Rasani by Rasasi (more Pineapple and fruity) and you will have that nice smooth Creed Aventus vibe, maybe even better. The longevity is INSANE though, it lasted the rest of the day and through the next day after two showers. Out of all Aventus-inspired fragrances or clones of Aventus out there in the market CDNIMs are one of the best, along with Montblanc Explorer.
