One of the most important qualities of the Legendary Uludağ Gazoz is its renowned bottle that has stood the test of time. We produce all of our beverages, including the Legendary Uludağ Gazoz and Uludağ Limonata, at our 98,000 m² beverage factory (35,000 m² of closed area) in Bursa's Yenice village. Mehmet H. Erbak was born in Bursa in 1950. He has served as the Chairman of the Board at Uludağ Beverage since 1993. Mr. Erbak graduated from elementary school in Bursa. After completing his middle and high school educations at the Saint Joseph High School, he went on to receive his Bachelor's degree in Food Technology from Nancy IUT in 1972. But for all its popularity, gazoz could not compete with Coke.
