Indoor Training
Every Tuesday within Boundary park
Set-up from 18:30 - starting at 19:00 - bring your own turbo and bike

Training Ride
Every Thursday from Boundary park
Departs 18:30 prompt - 2hrs - bring lights
Usually 2 groups split on speed ~20mph
