A 10 minute squally shower just before the start time meant the early TTers had far from ideal conditions for the first 2 miles of the Southmoor H10/17r course. Richard Gildea made the most of it, but was far from his course “best” clocking 20m 16s. Tim Allen (Spirit Tifosi RT) was 2nd with Tom Burnley (Thames Velo) 3rd.
Next week we have the final Thursday TT of the season before moving onto Hill Climbs. Stadhampton is the venue for an early 18:46 start, meeting on the green from 18:00 for sign-on. And as ever we still need the volunteer roles filling to run the event, can you help?
